The Communications Commission has launched a survey into consumers’ experiences of switching telecommunications provider.
It relates to landline, mobile and broadband services and if you have any one of these services, the Commission would like to hear from you.
The purpose of this survey is to help the Commission better understand how well the switching process is working and whether there are any barriers to switching.
The survey should take a few minutes to complete and is available to answer online on the Consultation Hub at https://consult.gov.im/.
The closing date has been extended until 27 th May 2020.
