Director returns to Cains

Commercial law firm Cains has confirmed the reappointment of a key figure to its team.

Lindsey Bermingham rejoins having previously worked with the company's litigation team between 2007 and 2016 and has most recently held the role as the first Director of the Islands Financial Intelligence Unit.

She says she's happy to have linked up once more with the organisation and wants to contribute to its continued growth.

Cains Managing Director and Head of Litigation, Peter Clucas, says her varied experience and track record means there will be a 'depth and experience' across its team to continue to deliver high standards.
