Government is encouraging Manx employers to discuss travel plans with their workers, ahead of this year's TT.
In a post on social media, government says 'Throughout the festival fortnight, we're all aware of the increase in traffic, with everyone trying to get home before road closures.'
It says with added pressures such as boats docking, it's asking employers to consider discussing travel plans with staff, allowing employees to stagger start and finishing times and encourage car sharing.
Further, officials are asking businesses to approve working from home requests during practice week and on race days to keep our Island safe.
