Lloyds Bank is going to move to Villiers House in Douglas.
The major commercial property has been empty for approximately the last four years.
Tevir Group confirmed the news yesterday - saying the bank will move into Villiers House on the corner of Victoria Street and Loch Promenade in early 2021.
The building was purchased by Tevir Group in October 2018.
Mark Grace, Director of Black Grace Cowley says:‘It’s hard to stress enough just how important this letting is to the Douglas office market.'
