The Scottish airline is being sold with the hope of new owners taking over next year.
The carrier’s CEO, Jonathan Hinkles confirmed on his LinkedIn page that shareholders are looking to finding "the right future owner"..
Stephen and Peter Bond plan to step back from the day to day business.
The brothers have been sole owners of the company since 2012.
Mr Hinkle added: "The airline is trading profitably and has repaid its Covid-19 bank debt ahead of schedule".
Loganair operates more than 40 aircraft and serves 80 routes.
It currently runs several flights from the Isle of Man including Manchester, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Birmingham and London.
