The aircraft used to deliver mail to and from the Island will stop operating on October 16.
The Isle of Man Post Office says the change will not affect the vast majority of local customers.
Next-day priority mail will still be transported by air, with all other mail items to travel by ferry and road.
A new interim price guide is also set to be released, detailing fees and some price reductions in line with the changes.
