Percy Pig and Colin the Caterpillar were on hand this morning to help officially open Marks and Spencer's new food hall.
The store on Drumgold Street has undergone a transformation over the past few months, and the larger food hall has created 31 permanent and 64 seasonal jobs.
This morning, staff and customers gathered to cut the ribbon.
Work is continuing in other areas of the shop, which is expected to be finished next spring.
