Earnings are 1.4 per cent higher on the Isle of Man than in the UK.
That's according to latest figures revealed in the government's annual earnings survey.
The data shows Manx workers are earning slightly more than their UK counterparts.
The survey also says full time wages rose by 3.9 per cent last year.
