An Island-based developer says a business park in Braddan is doing so well it needs extra car parking spaces.
Eden Park Developments, based in Cooil Road, has asked planners for permission to install extra car parking and landscaping.
It says more local firms are occupying units at the Eden Business Park.
In its application, the company says it wants to build a total of 15 more spaces and landscape the area.
