A new senior figure will play a key role at the Manx branch of a global online gaming organisation.
Ben Wood has been appointed as the General Manager for the Isle of Man office of Gamesys Group, which is known for brands such as Jackpotjoy, Heart Bingo and Monopoly Casino.
The company’s Isle of Man operations started in 2020 and deal primarily with its Asia-facing business
Mr Wood will be responsible for setting up and leading the Isle of Man operations, as well as recruiting a new team to support the company’s plans for growth.
He says: "The opportunity to lead Gamesys Group’s operations on the Isle of Man is a dream job for me. Gamesys is hugely respected throughout the industry for its mission of crafting entertainment with care, and for its pro-active, responsible approach to attracting and retaining customers and employees.
