Government has excluded the impact of sea and air fares from the Island's inflation rate for last month.
It means the Consumer Prices Index stands at 0.2 per cent, but would have been -2.5%, if it included the cost of travel on and off Island.
The report says the decision was made due to the border restrictions.
Meanwhile window cleaning and fuels were both cheaper than this time last year.
