An Island company financially supporting the refurbishment of Hospice Isle of Man's Strang Unit has now had its first look at the progress on the new facility.
Directors at Tevir Group visited the complex last Friday (June 12) to see how far the development has come since it was able to resume in mid-April after previously being halted due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Tevir Group Managing Director, Ciaran Doherty, says they've been 'very impressed' with how far the project has come so far and that they recognise the vital work Hospice does for the community.
The company's assistance to Hospice's capital projects programme has allowed the charity to make significant changes over 12 months rather than over the planned five-year period, according to Hospice Chief Executive, Anne Mills.
