A teenager from Onchan has pleaded guilty to causing the death of a fellow teen by driving dangerously.
18-year-old Brandon Gowland appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday where he also admitted a second charge of causing serious injury to another person in the vehicle.
It relates to a fatal car crash on August 24th last year on the A24 Foxdale Road, near to the Archallagan Plantation, in which 17-year-old Brad Campbell was killed.
Social enquiry reports have now been requested - Gowland is due to be sentenced on April 17th.
He has been bailed until his next court appearance.
