The Douglas Council have said the apartments will be allocated to existing tenants in lower Douglas, with consideration given to those with restricted mobility and/or health problems.
The second phase of the Hanover House apartments in Lord Street, Douglas has been completed.
The £2.1 million project has been completed 13 weeks early and within budget.
All apartments in Hanover House phase two have two bedrooms plus a secure car parking space. The building has a lift and provides full disabled access to all levels.
