The number of dilapidated properties on a Douglas Council list has fallen slightly.
In February, councillors heard 62 properties in the Island's capital were dilapidated, ruinous or dangerous.
However, when members sit on Wednesday they'll consider a report from the Environmental Service Committee which says last month there were just 60.
Four properties had work completed on them and had been removed from the register.
