Action to establish a working definition of homelessness on the Island has a timeframe of April 2024.
That's according to the Chief Minister, who was asked by MHK Rob Callister when legislation will be introduced to define it.
Alf Cannan outlined that establishing a legal definition is part of a wider action towards a Housing Bill for all relevant aspects of housing, not just homelessness.
He adds that the timeframe of April is in place to allow for the development and introduction of relevant support services.
