    Admissions To Ramsey Hospital Still Closed

    Due To Norovirus Outbreak

    Admissions at Ramsey and District Cottage hospital are still closed due to an outbreak of Norovirus.

     

    The winter vomiting bug is highly contagious with staff and patients in the North suffering suspected symptoms of the virus.

     

    It has been closed to new admissions since Thursday and it will be closed until at least Wednesday.

     

    The Ramsey hospital remains open for outpatients and clinic attendees; visitors are also allowed, except Children who are more susceptible to the virus.
