An air ambulance boss says he's resigning over the future of the service to the Isle of Man.
Lee Salmon says he's stepping down as Head of Operations for Cumbria & The Isle of Man at the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
In a post on Facebook, he says he can no longer align himself with the direction of the organisation and is deeply concerned about the future of the Isle of Man service.
His decision comes after it was revealed Manx Care and the service are negotiating about the cost - which could be scrapped at the end of this month unless and agreement's reached.
