A public inquiry into a plan for how the north and west of the Island can be developed will take place from July 16.
The draft area plan was published by government in June 2022, and the details of the inquiry have now been released.
No venue has been given for the inquiry, but the inspector holding it has published a list of documents, including proposed changes to the plan.
