Bride Commissioners say residents in the area will be able to use the Civic Amenity Site again.
People living under the local authority had been banned from using the site after commissioners said they wouldn't pay for it any more.
However, on Facebook, the board says it's reached an 'amicable agreement' with the Department of Infrastructure and can use the site again.
No details of the deal have been revealed.
