An Island business has applied for planning permission for children's play area which was installed in April.
Isle of Gelato By The Sea, based in Orry Street in Castletown, has applied for permission for the wooden play equipment next to St Mary's Chapel.
The decking and play area is near the company's gelato kiosk, but didn't have planning permission when it was built.
It's now applied to planners for retrospective permission.
