    Busy sitting for Tynwald

Ministers will give seven statements updating the public on a number of issues when Tynwald sits later this month.

July's sitting will begin at 10am a week on Tuesday, and will prove a busy one for the Council of Ministers.

Statements are due on onshore renewables, public rights of way, Summerland, the economy, travel links, the prison, and the new ferry terminal in Liverpool.

They'll be given by Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas, Chief Minister Alf Cannan, Manx Utilities chair Tim Crookall, Treasury Minister Alex Allinson, and Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson.
