Campaigners have welcomed moves to let more women know about abortion services available on the Island.
This week in Tynwald, members discussed a report from the Social Affairs Policy Review committee, which said the service is poorly advertised and promoted.
Health Minister David Ashford accepted the report's findings, and this week promised to improve the service's profile and let more women know about it.
The Campaign for Abortion Law Modernisation welcomed the move, saying it's a shame it's taken so long.
