Care home developer given no economic assistance

Developers behind a new care home in Douglas haven't been given any economic help from government: 

 
That's according to the Economic Development Minister who was quizzed in Tynwald earlier this week. 
 
The privately built home - which has 68 beds - is being sold to the Department of Health and Social Care for £8 million. 
 
Laurence Skelly was asked what help could be offered to a project like this in the future - he says assistance could come in two ways:
