Treasury Minister Alex Allinson says a benefits switchover to cashless payments is working well.
In the House of Keys this week, Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh quizzed him about the end of the MiCard system for paying pensions and benefits.
Dr Allinson said the cards would remain in place for existing uses until the end of December.
And he added so far paying into banks hadn't caused any problems:
Mountain Road closed due to snowfall
Yellow weather warning for snow and ice
Local authority homes could be improved
Questions about waiting times for stomach procedures
Planned changes to employment laws to be read in Keys
