Two cyclists on a charity ride were hospitalised after a road collision yesterday.
The incident occurred at around 2:30pm on the Peel to Kirk Michael Coast Road just past the area of the Devil's Elbow.
Police say a cycling group on a sponsored charity ride were overtaken by a blue coloured 4x4 vehicle.
During the overtake the vehicle has hit one cyclist causing them to crash, that rider was then hit by another in the group who in turn also crashed.
Both riders were taken to Nobles Hospital and later discharged after being treated for non-serious injuries.
One has since received further treatment for dizziness and sickness.
The 4x4 hasn't stopped at the scene following the incident and continued towards Kirk Michael according to police.
The force want to speak to anyone who was on the coast road at the time who may have seen the collision or the offending vehicle.
Anyone with information is being urged to contact Peel Police Station.
