Chief Minister Howard Quayle has praised the Island's response to heavy snow today.
This morning, snow and icy conditions brought the Isle of Man to a standstill in many places - a number of roads remain closed.
Mr Quayle took to Twitter to praise the Island's community spirit, which he says "really shines through during adverse weather".
He also thanked volunteers, public sector workers and the emergency services who've kept essential services running.
