Chief Minister supports local authority reform

If central government have to reform, so should local authorities.

That's according to the Chief Minister who says plans to improve local service provision is pivotal to refining the public sector.

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne wants to know whether commissioners want to take on a number of roles currently provided by government - like hedge cutting, street sweeping and the maintenance of public toilets.
