Chief says u-turn expected on prom plans

Disability access was always going to be an issue for the promenade regeneration scheme.

That's the response from the Chief Minister after a u-turn over a so-called 'shared space' concept.

13 controlled crossings have been included by the Department of Infrastructure to help disabled people trying to cross on the busy route.
