A cab company in Liverpool that takes Manx patients to their appointments has passed its three-month probationary period with the Department of Health and Social Care.
ComCab Liverpool will continue to provide the patient transfer service after making changes following complaints when it took over from Bridgewater Cars in March.
The DHSC says most of the complaints related to the type of vehicle used, and the company's since provided alternatives to black cabs.
As a result, the number of complaints has now fallen and Minister Kate Beecroft says the department's impressed after the company took action and made improvements.
