The Council of Ministers has considered nearly 400 planning applications in the last 20 years.
The figure was revealed by Policy and Reform Minister, Chris Thomas, in written response to a question from Middle MHK Bill Shimmins in the House of Keys this week.
394 were considered overall between January 1998 and November this year.
359 were approved, 33 refused, one resulted in a split decision and another withdrawn before a decision was made.
