An Onchan man has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after being caught with more than £850 worth of cannabis.
22-year-old Liam Scott Murphy, of Buttermere Drive, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Tuesday.
He'd previously admitted possessing the Class B substance - police found it in his car on December 23rd last year.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes ordered Murphy to carry out 60 hours of community service and to pay prosecution costs of £125 - the cannabis will be destroyed.
