The feedback from the South West Regeneration public exhibition held last December has now been published.
The public in the South of the Island are calling for major changes to both Port St Mary and Port Erin.

It’s been estimated that roughly 800 people attended the exhibitions.
Port St Mary residents wanted to see proposals to establish a Marine Heritage Centre including an aquarium, they also wanted to see their old Town Hall restored and reopened.
Residents in Port Erin all got behind the idea of developing their town into the Island’s Outdoor and Watersports capital. The also wanted to see Brooghs footpaths repaired and reopened.
The feedback has now been compiled into a report, which will go to the Government’s regeneration committee who control the £8 million fund.
