Douglas Council says the Island's capital city has more than 60 dilapidated, ruinous or dangerous properties.
A report from the local authority's Environmental Services Committee is due to be considered when the full council sits today.
The committee says five properties had been added to the schedule since its last meeting - but six properties had been removed because work had been carried out.
A total of 62 buildings remain on the list.
