Douglas Borough Council says they're 'at the end of their tether' over a site in the town.
The council served further notice to the owners of Villiers Square requiring them to clean the site up within 21 days.
The warning comes after their public meeting on Wednesday, June 13 - their leader, David Christian, says the square is 'depressing and dispiriting' and a 'potential health hazard'.
The site is currently owned by Friends Aellas Limited of Dorking, in Surrey.
