Countdown on to Festival of Motorcycling

With just over a fortnight to go until the launch of this year's Festival of Motorcycling preparations are being amped up.

Now in the second year of its revised format the festival includes both the Manx Grand Prix and revamped Classic TT.

This year racing legend Joey Dunlop will be remembered with a parade lap - with a large turnout of top racers expected.

Economic Development's head of motorsport Trevor Hussey says following initial doubts from race fans the new approach is already paying off:
