People should not delay in getting a Covid booster vaccine this winter says the health department.
The statement comes as the government continues its vaccination roll out.
More than 11,000 islanders have received a third jab, which has so far been offered to the over-70s, Manx Care staff and other vulnerable groups.
Minister, Lawrie Hooper urged those invited for their booster vaccination not to put it off.
He added: "Vaccinations have weakened the link between COVID-19 cases and hospitalisation and deaths, but we can’t let our guard down. The pandemic is not over.
The Isle of Man has seen a rise in daily infections this month although the latest report suggests that "overall numbers of new cases may be levelling off".
