Cowley's Pharmacy in Peel will be closed this Sunday.
Manx Care says it's down to personal circumstances.
As a result, no pharmacy cover will be available in Peel on the day, with people asked to make sure they have their medication beforehand.
Alternatives such as Boots on Stand Street and Lloyds Pharmacy on Victoria Road in Douglas will be available.
Notices will be on display at the branch from tomorrow afternoon to ensure patients are aware.
Cowley’s Pharmacy will be open as usual for the rest of this week (including Saturday), and will open as normal on Monday 21 August.
GP surgeries and the Manx Emergency Doctor Service (MEDS) have been informed.
