A housing estate in Crosby looks set to expand - with planners set to give the green light to more homes.
When the planning committee sits on Monday, it'll consider an application by JM Project Management of Glen Vine to build another 18 houses behind the Co-op.
The original estate of 28 homes and the shop was completed in 2021.
A planning officer's report on the latest part of the development has recommended it be approved by the committee.
