Three days of planned strike action from Communication Workers Union (CWU) members gets underway today.
It's due to an ongoing dispute with Isle of Man Post Office over proposed pay and pension reforms.
The post office confirmed last night the strike would go ahead after both parties failed to reach an agreement following further talks yesterday.
The postal service announced contingency plans last Wednesday, and is looking to reassure customers that disruption will be 'kept to a minimum'.
It follows a two-day walkout from union members in December last year.
