The Isle of Man Samaritans are holding their Dawn Walk event this weekend.
Walkers will set off at 6.30am from the Bottleneck Car Park on Douglas promenade on Saturday, March 28.
The charity says it's to raise awareness of the support available on Island to people who are struggling with mental health.
After the walk finishes at Looky's Lounge Bar, there'll be chance for a cup of tea and a chat.
