The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure are faced with the prospect of reducing staffing costs, in light of their recent budget cut.
For the next year their budget is being reduced by £443,000 with the target of achieving savings of over £1.5m.
In order for this to happen staffing costs must be reduced by 10%.
The majority of the cuts will come from natural wastage, however posts will be reduced within management and administration.
The Department say the restructuring will be conducted in consultation with affected staff, in a supportive and sensitive manner.
