Deadline looms for health survey

If you've been asked to fill in a government survey about your lifestyle, time's running out to take part.

7,000 households were sent the document asking about health and lifestyles - the deadline to return the forms is midnight on Sunday.

The Department of Health and Social Care says you can complete the survey online in under half an hour using a unique code on the invitation letter.

Reminders have been by the Public Health Directorate this week encouraging the selected households to take part.
