The government isn't building a chemotherapy unit at Noble's Hospital - and hasn't been asked to.
The Department of Health and Social Care faced a question under the Freedom of Information Act about why it had turned down a request to create the specialist unit.
According to the query, Hospice Isle of Man had asked for the facility but had been turned down by the DHSC.
But the department said it hadn't been asked - and so hadn't refused.
