Around 300 people face an uncertain future after the Department of Health and Social Care scrapped a contract for meals on wheels.
The department says it's ending its contract with Age Concern Isle of Man, saving around £150,000 a year.
The DHSC says the current contract will run until January next year.
Health and Social Care minister Kate Beecroft says her department will contact those affected.
