A developer has submitted plans to build an estate of seven houses in Baldrine.
Ellis Brown Architects in Douglas has applied for permission to build the homes at Baldrine Farm on Baldrine Road.
The company says the homes would include heat pumps and solar panels, and each would have an electric car charging point.
In its application, it says the development wouldn't affect nearby archaeological sites identified by Manx National Heritage.
