A dog had a lucky escape yesterday, after falling 200 feet from a cliff into the sea.
Peel's lifeboat and volunteer coastguards were alerted at around 1pm when the dog fell from the coastal path at Knockaloe Beg Farm.
A group of kayakers spotted the pooch in the water, managing to rescue it and bring it back to shore.
It was reunited, unharmed, with its owner at Glen Maye beach.
