A recently completed technical guide has allayed a number of concerns from members of the public about the Island's stock of Cambar-style houses.
A government working group was set up to look into the construction of the concrete panel housing particularly commonly built in the 1970s.
Concerns were raised after problems were reported as to the standard of the 'kit homes' built in the UK around the same time.
The report deemed that the 400 plus homes built on Island were constructed to a far higher standard than those in the UK.
