People are being asked not to feed wild birds.
That's according to the government - in a post on social media earlier today.
It comes following the Island's first case of avian flu - which was confirmed last weekend.
Officials say the temporary measure is important as encouraging birds to congregate and mix increases the risk of them passing the virus to each other.
