That's the message from the Manx Wildlife Trust, as they've recently had reports of young seal pups being picked up off beaches and put back in the sea.
The Trust is urging people to leave them alone, as babies who have been interfered with are likely to be abandoned by their mothers, and sometimes need to rest on the shore when they're too exhausted to return to the water.
You can find more information on what to do if you see a seal on the Manx Wildlife Trust website.
